I am 19 years old and a few months ago I noticed I had a lot of ichy, dark, kinda dry patches around the underside of my breast. When I finally went to the doctor as it did not go away, he said this was due to sweating because I have a larger breast size and he perscribed generic Ketonozole (sp) The iching went away.
However recently it came back, along with tenderness in and around my nipples, and this morning they were leaking and have not stopped. Its so painful i can barely move or lay down. Should i keep using the ointment, or go to the doctor again?
I am absolutely sure I'm not pregnat, but I'm not sure what else could be causing this.

Do not hesitate.. get back to the doctor. Monday at the latest. ... the leaking is especially worrisome.. glandular disorders are serious.. and infection could be next or already in the process of happening.. Ok?
Do not put this off more than one or two more days.

You should definetly go back to the doctor. This sounds serious. You could possibly have an infection or something even worse in your breasts. If the doctor says the same thing, you should seek a second opinion. Also, I would stop using the cream, as this could be a side effect.

Yes, keep using the ointment. And when it clears up again, you should keep that area as dry as possible. After your shower every day, put some good medicated powder under your breasts. That will help keep it dry.

As for the other problem, if it continues, you should go back to the doctor.

You should go back to the doctor. The itching could be treated with the cream but the nipple tenderness and leaking sound like a different problem altogether.

It could be that you have an abscess in your breast. The fact that your breasts are leaking leads me to think this, plus the pain.
You will need to go to a doctor again
An abscess in the Breast is usually caused by a cyst that has "Burst".
