Malaysia is a federation of 13 states and 3 federal territories. Eleven states are located on the Malay Peninsula while two are on the island of Borneo.

Villages name too? Are your kidding me? There are so many! I have a better suggestion for your here. Go to the library and get the book that will provide to you the information you need. Don't be lazy. Always remember that getting information from the Net is never as good, accurate, and complete as printed official books. For example, the poster above gave the wrong names of the states in Malaysia. There is no such thing as Kingdom of Perlis. You just call it as the Perlis state. And definitely there is no such thing as Sultanate of Selangor state. Is just Selangor state. My goodness, the wikipedia do have a lot of inaccurate information!
