Well, look. These are two different MP3 players. If you want to get to the facts, I'll take you there. But ultimately, its what you think is nicer.

-The iPod's battery life for 14 hours is based on 128kbps at AAC for 4 minute songs. The Zen has 64 kbps, all the same. That means when the Zen says it has 14 hours of battery life, it really has 7.
-The iPod doesn't have a built in FM radio, voice recorder. The Zen does.
-Zen have more option ON the device itself (like delete, backgrounds, etc...). The iPod doesn't. This could be a negative against the iPod, but might make things a ton easier.
-The Zen is a dying player. Creative is barely surviving. If it goes out, you might just have a player without warranty of any kind.
-The Zen might come in more color than other iPods, such as the Video.
-The iPod is very reliable and easy to use. I am not too sure of how the Zen works with its software, but iTunes is definetely one of the best ones out today to make stuff easy.

Either is a good choice - Although I would have to go w/ the ipod - the accessories are much cheaper.

Depends, do you have the money for an Ipod? Are you willing to invest in an ipod? Do you have the right connections for an ipod?
