The USA is prepared to shut it's eyes to Israeli murder and mayhem. Now the Chinese are doing exactly the same.
UN sanctions do not include, intercepting ships to and from N. Korea. They do not include Military enforcement of sanctions. China is showing it's power and influence. Bolton has egg over his face.

eh... it's not exactly the same.. Israel has a much higher standard of living and seems to be more civilized than N. Korea... relatively... not that I approve of all of their actions...
but in both instances you do have age old alliances that aren't easily broken...
and China is just starting to show it's power...
Jessi: I don't like taking chances with nukes... the people that are telling us they don't have them are EXACTLY the same people that said Osamas not a big threat in 2000 and Iraq has WMD?

multi-cultual relativism again. You do not see a difference between Israel and N. Korea? You do not see a difference between China and the U.S.?
The thing is there is such a thing as absolute right and absolute wrong. I understand not every issue is clear cut. But there are the good guys and the bad guys. Israel is a democracy (although I am sure you disagree). N. Korea is a dictatorship (perhaps the most oppressive in modern history). The United States is a free country (although I am sure you disagree). China is a Commuinist dictatorship (although you probably disagree and think it is a good thing that Yahoo collaborates with them in censoring their people on the Internet--like when the key word "freedom" is entered there are no hits).
Not everything is morally equivalent. And it is really not all that hard to figure out. What is difficult is what you are doing. Usually you have to go to college and be talked into it and indoctrinated.

China does not blindly support N. Korea nor does it blindly support Iran. China does not have control over N.K and hates Kim-Jong Il the only reason it supports N.J us b.c it does not want to see a reunified pro-US Korea on its doorstep that would be strategically bad for the Chinese. They do not care about Iran, Iran is no threat to China and the Chinese enjoy buisness with Iran so it does not want sanctions. China is also very big on the idea of sovereignty so it won't let anyone trample over it.

The Chinese are not blind. The last thing China wants is the total collapse of DPRK. What would they do with millions of refugees. China also does not want another battle between USA, Japan, Russia et al on her Manchurian border because then China will need to be involved as well. Kim Il Jong has asked the USA for a peace treaty and to guaranty no USA or USA Allies attack plus a guaranty of protection from both China and Russia attacking DPRK. Also trade agreements, assistance in food production and fuel and normalization of international banking privileges. Bush wants to collapse the country and foment war.
and for jesi, the North Koreans have nukes, they detonated the second one just to prove the first one was not a fluke, check the news before posting foolishness.

Yes the UN sanctions have no enforcement. That makes them meaningless. Bolton has no egg on his face. He does not run the UN. The UN should be embarrassed. Once again they have made much of nothing. Sanctions have never worked. Nothing has changed.

America- China...same thing, just as good. Israel- N. Korea...yeah same thing. That's the thing with you Liberal Humanists. Everything is relative. There is no right or wrong, it's all a matter of opinion. There's no aggressor, or defender, they're the same. You people are insane. Theres no other word for people like you, you're insane. China will take care of NK if and when they pose a threat to SK, Japan or the USA. Everyone knows NK doesn't have nukes. Its is just a game of politics. NK fakes having nukes to force the US into bi-lateral talks. The US insists on multi-lateral talks (as does china who is one of the involved countries).
You should study up on the issues before posting a biased question such as this.

China doesn't want a manical dictator with the ability to throw Nuclear weapons either.. where did you get the idea that China was that stupid? China would crush North Korea faster than we would if it posed a threat.

Israel like any other country has a right to defend itself. The USA would not back them if they were doing war crimes. by the way How many Israel suicide bombers walked on to buses full of women and children and detonated? can you name 1? If you like these people so much they will probably let you join them.
