I have been in a 7 month relationship with a real sweet guy.
From the moment he met me, he told me he loved me.
Till this day he still says it.
I do believe he loves me...but then again another part seems to think different...I'm just curious to know what you think...How do you know they love you???

Does he asks you for sex.If he does then tell him you will not have sex until you two get married, even then he wants to be with you, spends time with you then I guess he is really likes you.

I think that is the way most people your age feel when in long relationships. When you are ready for the next step it is natural to begin to doubt things but just take your time. It would be a good idea to move in together before marriage and see if you are compatable there. Good luck. You will never be able to test if someone really loves you, there is never going to be an answer to this, you should feel loved, by the way he does things, is he puting the two of you before himself with his decision making? Is he considerate and dependable? If he tells you positive things and builds up your confidence and supports you, this would be love...if on the other hand he puts you down and is horrible etc, he may be insecure and it wouldnt be love. You will know it when you have it. Dont marry him until you know you really love him because love is the only reason anyone should marry for.

how does he treat you? is he polite? rude? if he said it when you first met, the chances of him actually loving you then is a little slim, but if you have been together this long, he may really love you now. You can tell by the way he treats you. Are you his most precious thing in the world? would he give up everything for you? does he ditch you when the guys are around? or does he sit with you and hold your hand and include you in his life at all possible times? and especially if he is not afraid to take you out and do things with you.

Your b/f is your true lover. Seven months is a sufficient time to understand each other. You must have done sex with the guy. He is now satisfied and regard you as a good companion for relat ionship. These are the parameters for determing weat her one loves or not. There is no other yardsstick by which you can judge the love or hate. Good Luck.

Seven months is a short period of time to know anything about what's in the 'love' department. Also, it depends on your age and experience with relationships.
