I'm sorry to say, but you're not a virgin. When your hymen tears off, at the tip of your vagina, that means you're not a virgin. And that Hymen will NEVER grow back.

But you're a virgin to orgasms. If I was in your place I would still count myself as a virgin tho, because that really didn't count much as sex and you don't know what an orgasm feels like.

Penetration is sex. Just because you don't have an orgasm does not mean you didn't have sex. If it was your first time having penetration, then it will hurt because you are using muscles that you have never used before, as well as you are stretching your vaginal area. While a girl is a virgin, she will have a (and this is the only word I can think of, forgive me) tight vaginal area.

If there was penetration you are no longer a virgin. You'll come to realise that Sex does not always equal orgasm...although it would be nice!!

Yes it counts. But it doesn't mean that you wont have orgasms in the future. Its normal that it hurt and it may take a few times before it doesn't. Be sure to take care of yourself. Pregnancy and disease are now something you have to think about and protect yourself from. Be very protective of your body. It belongs to you.
