CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history.

It works great and its free.

open up windows explorer click on Program files and find the folder the program is installed under, you should have an uninstaller inside the folder. if you do not see the installer, you can delete the folder after you have stopped the processes in the services go to control panel and administrative tools and click services, and stop the current anti virus services. then you'll be able to delete the folder. reboot and install mcafee anti-virus.
