The back of my tongue on the top is slightly numb. Well I can feel everything perfectly, but it feels slightly burnt. I have not burned it. I have been taking antibiotics since it started just incase I had an infection.. and now I have a slight white film on my tongue. What is wrong?

I have something like that..
I may not have the same thing as you.. but I guess it's called something like.. Geographical Tounge.

Mine is where it would look like it's spots on my tounge.. and they move around like the continents on the earth *how my dentist put it*, and sometimes sting and/or are numb in some areas, and sometimes it's normal and it looks fine.

It's sort of gross if you think about it, but it's not contagious...
and it can develop at any time of your life. It took me 14 years to get it..
also it may hurt if you eat certain fruits.

I found it out from my dentist.. and my doctor said she's heard of it before.
so yeah. It may be what you have.

Don't know though.
Hope this helped some.
