YOU SOUND SEXIST. WOMEN HAVE TO GO THROUGHT 9 MNTHS OF PREGNANCY, HRS OF LABOR, POSSIBILITY OF COMPLICATIONS AND DEATH, AND TAKING CARE OF BABY. THAT IS WHY THEY FAVOR WOMEN. MEN DO WORK ALSO, BUT I DONT SEE THEM GOING THRU THIS HELL.

I don't know what country you are writing from, but I think that in USA the courts are in a pendulum swing from the time when women had no rights to now when courts/judges side with the women. I guess the "women's" movement did that.
Luckily many men's groups are standing up for their rights and many dad's are getting custody. Children need both parents without the constant stress of quarreling.

That is a very generalised statement and sometimes not the case. The court will look at all the evidence and make the best decision in the interests of both the parties and any children involved. HTH : )

Dear Lucfi:
Stop beating urself up! YOU did no wrong its ur wife but that doesnot mean that all women kind r bad!
Women are the fairer and weaker sex, and are most hurt and abused by males; so divorce laws and welfare favours them!
Hinduism says " where a woman doesnot exist , God doesnot exist"! and I Islam says, Prop . Muham says" women r like glass very fragile..."!
So you see even in religions women r being worshipped !
