If you are using Outlook, with an Exchange server you can click on the deleted items folder then go to "Tools" > recover deleted items. This only works if they were recently deleted. (Within the last week or so)

What email service are you using, and how are you accessing it?

You can't.
Or, at least, not as far as I know.
