Heating pads = my god.

Lots of exercise prior to can help prevent some cramps. And if you do that, you can feel good enough to exercise a bit during your period, which lessens cramps even more.

Also, some advil/midol.

Hot baths work a bit.. sorta the equivalent of the heating pad.. but the heating pad is tons better.

Chocolate. Lots of chocolate. I also take baths and receive backrubs. Cuddling helps too.

What i usually do is heating patches, warm liquids, teas like (manzanilla) and chocolate. I heard that its not good to have lots of caffeine and sour and spicy stuff. That it makes your cramps feel worse!!! That's what i usually do.

I take Mydol, and tell my boyfriend to sleep with his clothes on, because I get kinda sensual on my 2nd day. But it's so gross to do it when it's that time I just can't. Besides that? I really don't PMS so just my regular stuff .
