hopefully the person doing it, has a glove on, at the time, but it is done by the insertion of a finger into a man's rectum, far enough to reach the area near where the prostate sits, next to the rectum. It is an extremely sensitive area. A prostate exam is done, partially to detect the size of the prostate; an enlarged prostate is not good, at all. A prostate exam should cause an erection; if it doesn't, then there's a problem that needs to be investigated.

Well besides feeling to see if you have lumps that can mean prostate cancer, it can also be kinda sensual for a guy.
