husband did not ever physically abuse wife or kids. he was a great father who worked hard for family. of course husband had flaws and issues, but nothing out of the ordinary. wife led secret life and the closer the husband came to catching her the more the wife cried and made husband out to be abusive and "mental" to family and friends. wife cheated, lied, and plotted the ruin of husband for a lengthy period of time. wife is lying to authorities, the state of ca., doctors and everything in between. wife is using two maybe three different names(which is illegal) wife is trying to make it so husband can no longer see or talk to children ever again. every time husband caught or called wife on lies and deceit wife would bring about more lies to authorities so husband had to keep distance so husband could not keep track of her. all husband wants is to see and be apart of childrens life. wife wants free ride for the rest of wifes life.

i think the children will be a key to bringing the karma onto the wife...when they find out what really happened all those years it will come back to bite her big behind...but for now maybe the husband needs to find a really good lawyer and some hard hitting evidence on her lies and using more than one identity...when the divorce when through didn't he have part custody??? even if he had to get supervised visitation it would be better than none...i think he needs to quit talking to her and talk to a lawyer...and get the squared away quickly because the longer he waites to do something the harder it will be to fight it in court....

The husband can hire a private detective. Let him or her keep tabs on the wife and get the "goods" on the wife.
Other than that, his hands are pretty much tied.
What will happen to the wife because of what she has done? More than likely, nothing. Nothing usually does, at least because of something someone else does. If anything, when she is older people may realize what kind of woman she is and have nothing to do with her. She would live out her life alone and lonely.

Sorry to pass this on but Karma, may never catch up with this woman, or at least in the way you want, I do not normally advise prayer, but in this instance,perhaps asking that this woman be given back every thing she has wished for her husband 100 fold would not in my opinion out of place.

You need to give "karma" a kick in the behind. If you haven't got documentation, start putting something together. Your children are worth a fight. Get some help, like children's services or such.
Truth trumps lies. People will believe you.

You need to hire a private investigator to follow your ex wife and gather as much evidence together as you can, which you can take to your solicitor and set up a case against her. Don't play the victim, justice needs to be sought and it is up to you to do so. Good luck : )

It sounds like a soap opera. But life isn't like really like the soaps. And what comes around goes around. Eventually life will catch up with her and she will regret her lies. Because no matter how long or how many lies you tell, it always catches up with you.

I think you need a lawyer, also report the other stuff to the DA, she cant keep you from seeing your kids....
