thinking about the past??

I've had those days. At different times in my life, when things are good, and when things are bad. I found out (recently) that I think what makes me sad (today) when I get like that is that I haven't cried in a long time. I have never been a person who cries...ever. It wasn't because of my parents, I just wanted to be a "bad chic" or whatever growing up. But it's really hard for me to cry/ or show emotions for that matter. Maybe you have pent up emotions that you just haven't acknowledged. Sometime (every once in a while) I will get myself drunk with liquor (liquor works best) and force myself to think of my life...everything bad mostly to make myself cry- but if nothing seems to be wrong in my life, watch a sad movie... People need to cry sometimes. It's just an emotional release. It helps. (the liquor helps with the emotional part)

Don't think that there has to be something wrong with you or with your life though. These tings just happen sometimes

It is because of the fact that you are away from your b/f. Your sadness is caused by your internal state of mind. You said that every thing is fine. It means that your internal mental state is sad. This sadness is caused as and when you are alone and feels that someone is missing. In my opinion if every thing goes same, your b/f is not with you and that is why you feel sad.

depending on where u live in the world, it may have something to do with the weather. people generally feel lower than usual on rainy/stormy/gloomy days....or it may be around that time of month for u...do u expect aunt flow anytime soon? because u may be going through a change of hormones and women tend to get a bit more "emotional" around their period...it can be a combination of different things... dont worry, be happy. this is totally normal! as my cousin always says, "dont worry, everything is going to be alright in the end, and if its not alright, then its not the end!" =]

It could be due to hormonal fluctuations. It is normal to have sad feelings occasionaly. It is possible that your unconscious is trying to bring something to your attention that has been repressed. Pay attention to your dreams because the unconscious manifests itself through dreams. If sad feelings persist for a lengthy period, talk to your doctor.

Sometimes a woman has a right to feel sad, if it keeps up or you feel like crying allot, or you have thoughts about suicide, then you should worry and talk to someone asap.

Were you around somebody today who you're not normally with? Sometimes people carry negative energy around them, resulting in making the people around them feel sad, upset or angry.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Sometimes you just get really depressed when nothing bad has even happened. Sometimes its just thinking of the past or PMS. Cheer up! :)
