Assuming you mean 850 kg, 15 mm and 18.6 m/s

W1 = (850 kg)(9.8 m/s^2)(15 m) = 1.2495 J

W2 = ((850 kg)*(18.6 m/s)^2)/2 = 1.47033J

P = (W1 + W2) J/min)( 1 min/(60 sec) = 4.533 KW
