Sometimes I get text files that appear in my C:/ after i download something. They say things like "installer debug" and yserver and things like that. Is It safe for me to delete them or leave them alone?

make a backup.then delete.If errors come out,restore it back

Generally speaking, saving to root C: is poor design on the application designers part. If you want to delete them, I don't think it will cause any problems but more than likely they will be recreated by the same program that created them.
