I'd prefer to be loved, because I can always control who I love, and thus who I love is a non-issue; whereas to be loved (for me, anyway), is a rare thing.

I think u can love only when u are loved cos you can give only when u have. So, if u are loved (this could be anybody), the other will come naturally to you.
