Yes it is true.
Not for all females, but it does happen.
Matter of fact, I had my period for 2 more
months ,after i found out i was pregnant.
The only way i knew i was 2 months pregnant ,
was because i had to have x-rays for something else !

Some people can get pregnant and still have a period for the first month but for the most part most women know that they are pregnant by the absence of a period.

I had some spotting occur a few days after I got pregnant and later I found out that some women experience this within a few days after conception. I have also heard of some women having a period all through their pregnancy. It is rare but it does happen.

my first period was a few days late and it was very light and only lasted three days, but i was already barfing all over the place, so yes you often can get just a little bit, but it shouldnt happen after the first month.
