This is getting silly. How about a reversal spell, since some witches(Yes, Wiccans, some witches who aren't Wiccan or Neo-Pagan do this! That's why there are curses in Grimoires in the Middle Ages, and curses from Rome all the way back to when Charms have been written! Heh, had to vent that. Your fake karma rule doesn't work any farther than the psychological, not the magical.) DO curse irresponsibly, and in this case I would send it back with an extra kick at the end just to teach her a lesson. Yes, it would feel good. Very good. So no, I'd have no use for the bible.

As a previous poster stated. Witches don't curse people. Most Witches follow law of return and do not wish to have all that bad energy come smacking them back in the face. Voo Doo is also a religion. Not a TV Movie. And I don't believe in Demons. Lower entities not demons. Kindness gives back kindness, If you give out feelings and thoughts of goodness and love you can protect yourself from those types of bad energy given but those who are not magickal simply unhappy. And yes Magick is natural not supernatural

nope...biblical prayers cannot have any effect on curses, demons and the like unless said things were done by or called up by a christian useing christian mysticism in the first place.
The only way to remove a curse, or banish a demon is with the same kind of witchcraft and sorcery that brought it aobut in the first place. everythng else is just a wast of time...that's why the house across the street can't keep occupants and why it has burned down and been rebuilt...demons ans sorcery....mine

well i am a witch. a Celtic Pagan to be exact.
most witches and Pagans will not use cursed because they always harm the caster more than the one it is cast at. but for those that would send a curse or negative energy my way.
have fun. i can recharge my protections quicker than they can cast at me.
i take people casting against me and my family or coven very seriously. and i take measures to make sure that nothing gets through. i fear no man or witch. and i believe that if i was christian that the bible may offer prayers to help but as i am not i do not look to the bible for my protection and guidance.

First and formost let me say that very very few practitioners of magick exist who will cast anything to harm another. Few more still that are powerful enough to cast a fatal curse. Any soul powerful enough to cast such a spell is also wise enough to realize it is not neccessary. This reduces the pool of possible casters to zero.
Let us pay the above no attention. Let us say that a caster of such power exists and that this caster means to kill someone through sorcery. Any such curse is likely to take a very long time to cast and require a large degree of sacrifices. This will be expensive and harm the caster in many many ways. Dispite this let us assume the caster managed to cast the full ritual without going insane. The spell no matter who casts it save God will take several months to work. This gives the person who is cursed the chance to break it. If this person is a magickian then finding a way to break such a curse is only a matter of time.
A curse is built much like a building. It has a foundation and many core materials that make up its entire form. Buildings from the day they have been made are often brought down by a very small crew dispite hundreds being needed to put such buildings together. This means that breaking a curse of such magnitude will be far easier in comparison to casting the curse. People are not the only thing that destroys buildings. Rain, Wind, Fire, Earth, and the will of God can also destroy buildings with little effort. A curse being like a building is the same. If a specific set of circumstances happen during the duration of the curse then the curse will be broken.
I am an Occultist and I believe that every religion on this planet has a way to deal with curses and dark magick. Among the best are in fact the followers of the Holy Bible. Considering the fact that the bible strictly condemns the use of magick it is only fitting that the followers of such a Book will be the most capable in stopping such a curse.
As a magickian I have no fear whatsoever of such a curse. I have seen far more cruel curses fall to a simple movement of the hand. I have even been the victim of curses much worse then simply one that will bring someone to an early demise. Each and every time I have successfully countered these attacks and I will continue to do so until the end of my days.
A common mistake is believing that people curse other people. This is not true whatsoever. A person is most likely to curse themselves. A curse is an agreement. We often curse ourselves using the method in which curses evolve to be such horrible abuses of magick. Let me explain what I mean in a way that It can be easily understood.
A young man is frightened of going on the rooftop to clear away the pine needles that have gathered. At first its not that big a deal, the young man will climb quickly as to reduce his time thinking about the decision. However, during this time the young man is going to think something to the tune of "I hate heights." or "I am afraid of heights.". This will reinforce the original curse of being afraid of heights. The next time the young man must go to clear the pine needles he pauses at the bottom. the same thought runs in this mans head. He climbs the ladder quickly once more. When he gets to the top again the same thought.
The next time he goes up the same way. Thinking twice about how horrible heights can be. This time he pauses once more before he goes down. He thinks about how high he is and finds fear in simply returning to the ground. When he gets down he thinks about how horrible it was. Now he has repeated to himself four times about how miserable being high is. This thought pattern will continue to get worse until the young man flat out refuses to go someplace high up. The curse has effectively worked and has ruined this mans chances of having fun when above the ground.
This is a small example of a commonly spread curse. These are among the most commonly cast against oneself:
1.)I have difficulty in relationships
2.)I have difficulty making money
3.)I have difficulty keeping weight off
4.)I have difficulty being in the presence of spiders
5.)I have Difficulty being in the presence of reptiles
6.)I have difficulty finding a boyfriend/girlfriend
7.)I have difficulty finding motivation to live
8.)I have difficulty being myself
9.)I have difficulty dealing with the outside world
10.)I have difficulty just hanging with my friends
11.)I have difficulty living
I need not say much more then that becuase everyone can understand this list is limitless. It all stems from an agreement with ourselves to accept our limitation as an absolute authority. These agreements are responsible for the unhappiness in others far more then any dark wizard or ouija board misshap. Remember that the person most often forgotten in the persuit of magick is oneself.
Hails to the truth,
Silence

If someone was spiritual enough to be powerful enough to do a deadly curse they would understand that what they to to others in the way of a curse would come back at them 3 times.
So I would never worry about a curse. Also in order to do such a thing they would be blessed by the One behind the Veil. He/she would never give power to someone unworthy.
