A person who refers to themself in the third person! That is SOOOOOO freaking annoying.
As for the forgetting your name thing... Well its kinda annoying, but everyone forgets names from time to time, and at least they don't walkk around talking about themself like they're so damn important they have to remind you of their name every thirty seconds!
Hmmm, maybe whenever someone forgets my name i should constantly refer to myself in the third person to annoy them into remembering it! :)

A person who refers to themselves in third person is super-annoying, but I think it's even more annoying when someone obviously doesn't care enough to even make an effort to remember your name. How rude!

the referring to themself in 3rd person... yes annoying, but less so... it's their name, their way of referring to themselves should be up to them. just a bit weird
someone who can never remember your name is more annoying. cuz seriously... after a few times, they have to be pretending,,, doing it to be funny (which is really annoying b/c it's NOT funny) and it's sorta disrespectful, or just them telling you over and over u not worth remember, those type of people, i don't even want to bother with

Someone who can never remember your name after telling them multiple times. What could be more rude?

Third person by far. I have serious memory problems so it doesn't bother me at all if someone else forgets.
