I got a balloon message at the bottom right hand corner of my screen a few weeks ago, telling me that I had some type of worm and a Trojan Virus. I have Norton Spyware so I contacted them, and they told me that these are very difficult to kill. They said that I had to have something additional on my computer to get rid of them. It ended up paying them $70.00 to get them off my computer.
I am sure some would say I was a sucker, but I don't know much about computers and whatever they did took care of it. Also, I am protected from now on (or at least for the next year) against these types of viruses. I don't know if they are monitoring my computer from where they are or I call them with any more virus problems, but I can tell you that since I did that I have gotten numerous e-mails and phone calls from them checking up on me. I thought that was pretty good customer service.

Wow, from what I found this is a cocktail of more of more than one bug!
AVG isn't really the AntiVirus that I'd recommend, I'm sorry. You'd do better to download and install Avast AntiVirus and remove AVG.
You can get Avast [free of cost home users license] from http://www.avast.com
To remove this, you could try SpyBot S&D which you can download from http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
Hope this helps.
Cheers
