I used to work in a behavioral health center. You need to go to one and get an appt card to show you are enrolled. I'm guessing you were told to do this several months ago and now panicking.
These cannot be downloaded off the web because they have to come from the jurisdiction where the Judge ruled on your case.
In other words, it has to be fromt he same city or county where your case was heard.
Hope you have a good excuse !

If you are enrolled, wouldn't that come from the class instructor? Or are you trying to get over on the courts?
