earth is it self a bigger magnet, which protects us from out side radiations. it means it is very strong reaching out to hundred miles in space. we need changing flux to generate a current , which is continously changing in case of earth. so we have all the tools for electricity production. we just need a coil. but this does not work as lot of coils are there but there is no electricity flowing from them. why??

Both of your premises are incorrect. It isn't very strong and it isn't continuously changing. You need a coil which is moving with respect to the magnetic field. We already have much stronger magnets, and we use them in the generators which produce most of our electricity.

Actually Earth's magnetic field isn't all that strong. It is about 0.6 gauss. If you take an MRI, you are exposed to between 30000 and 90000 gauss. That kinda puts things in perspective. Also, the field isn't continuously changing, it moves a little, but its greatest movement occurs every 700000 years or so when the poles swap.

Because it is the *rate* of change of flux that determines the power generated.

While the earth's magnetic field is, indeed, constantly changing, it is doing so very...very...very slowly. It happens on a geological time scale. Thus it generates no measureable current in conductors on earth.

the earth's magnetic field is constant, like a field produced by a direct current flowing through a coil of wire. you need a field that reverses periodically to induce electrical current in a coil of wire.
you could by moving your coils through this earth's magnetic field induce a current flow in your coils, but it would be very small.

magnetic field of earth is not so strong, mind it.
if it had been that way ,then there will be no life nor electronic equipments.
because heart of living beings work by producing a very very small magnetic field by itself.if there's external magnetic field and
as big as you have said ,then there will be no life at all
the same explanation goes with the electronic equipments also
