You can go with something harsh with hard sounds like Ks, or silibants like Ss. Do you want the bad guy to be brutal or seductive? The description of the villain and his/her behaviors will be what keeps your audience up nights---not the name. Remember- Freddy and Jason are not scary names, but the characters are creepy.

Look, being creative with a name is not what you make it, it is how you market it. Jason was with the Argonauts before he became a slasher movie. And Chuckie was just a redhead down the street, until he became a creepy controlling puppet. Don't do anything that is Frankenstein-like. Make it easy to remember, and a normal name.....that makes it more creepy and evil.

Worth Kennington --- a mixup of a name of one of the worst men I ever had the displeasure of knowing. No one could be evil-er.

How about Finn? I think the creepiest thing about bad guys is that they don't seem so evil at first.
