I used to have a serious problem of watching porn, till I realized it isnt healthy anymore. Although many attempts to get rid of them completely, the wife seems to find them in places I totally forget to search in. I just want her to know that I was serious when I told her im not into it anymore, & dont want her to believe Im trying to lie or hide them from her. She didnt show she was annoyed, instead she was very sweet and asked politely to get rid of them. Yet, I believe it didnt feel nice when she keeps finding them, & that I should really say or do something about this situation, which will hopefully never happen again. Any suggestions?

Why were you hiding them in the first place you are an adult and married aren't you? get rid of them only if you want to and stand your ground like a man.

Set some time aside and ask her to help you look through the house and find all the porn. Be honest and show her all the hiding places you've used. Now when you find some porn together she might realize that you're truly trying to kick the habit.

Either you had hidden some so well that you forgot where or you simply misplaced some. Try this. ( forgive my nosing into your business.) If the love of your life agrees to it, go about the house looking for the stuff together. I sure hope there is not a great deal to find. Smash the ones you do find with a hammer.
And may I say, sir? "Good for You!"

I think Laura's suggestion is brilliant. And by the way I applaud your discision to put your wife first. Any addiction can cause major problems in a relationship. I say Bravo!

well I would encourage you to sweetly and politely tell her...the way she did for you, that you are not into porn any more and seriously can't remember where you use to hide it. Look into her eyes and tell her ya know....I think I've grown in this area and I'm glad it will be behind us. Thank you for being so patient and supportive through it all.

Just stop trying to hide the stuff or tell her that you just can't/won't give it up... you can't expect her/us to believe that you're like some kinda squirrel hiding nuts!
THEY forget where they put them and rely on the odds to find one again during winter.

explain to her that the porn she saw in your place are left overs of what you already get rid of and tell her that that's the last time she will ever see such things in your place. tell her it's because of her and your relationship that you would like to change for the better.

If you're serious; just tell her to get rid of them herself whenever she does find them. I am proud of you and I wish you the best in breaking up that habit.
