no its most certainly not right, when i bring stuf form my moms to my dad my dad always eats it or takes it or has to approve it. I would hate for this to happen to another person. And you can quote me on this "he is an unstable, childish, egotisical baby"

Well it is HIS house, he has the right to decide what comes into it. I do however think he is being a bit petty about the clothes and toys, but you have no reason to expect him to allow food you purchase in his home. But again it is HIS home and he has the right to say no to anything.

MEN ARE MEN. Theres no sense in the kids having to chose what toys they want here or there. If your ex thinks hes hes *TOO GOOD* For your stuff in his house, LET HIM BUY IT!! But then again, no need for you to rush out and by them everything either. Loving your kids should not be a competition, Love has no price tag!!!!!!

I've been divorced for a few years. If you two are recently divorced, it will take some time for him not to feel threatned by the kids bringing things to his 'territory.' Men have very fragile egos, as long as you try and reassure that you aren't tryin' to overthrow his, he may calm down. Hopefully, that will help. Later...

Not on the surface, but what exactly are you giving the kiddies?
REVISION: That's lame. He shouldn't feel put out by your gifts to the children. Unfortunately, it being his home and all, he probably has the right to decide what comes in and what stays out. Bummer he has to be that way. :p

ARE THEY YOUR KIDS? DID YOU HAVE THEM? IF SO, THEN OF COARSE THIS ISN'T RIGHT. FIRST OF ALL YOU ARE THEIR MOTHER AND THEY NEED TO FEEL A PART OF YOU WHEN YOU ARE NOT AROUND. SMALL CHILDREN CAN FEEL SECURE WITH ITEMS SUCH AS A BEAR OR A BOOK. SOMETHING THAT WILL REMIND THEM "MOMMY IS STILL A PART OF ME" . YOUR EX MUST HAVE MAJOR ISSUES, IF HE CAN'T HANDLE "STUFF" IN HIS HOME YOU GIVE YOUR KIDS.
