I'm an "old biddy"--kidding--pretty hot for 50-ish if you want it here's my input--why?I don't know working on the 3rd or 4rth drink or your avatar looks intriguing, whatever:

Ask her to go for desert, or coffee , tea which ever she prefers. Justa buddy time no presssure. Be chummy and listen most of all respect is indeed important. Tell her you are just waitng to cheet on a good desert but cant make up your mind which you would like. Tell her to choose . When she does bake her a cake . Thats friendly and romantic. you can share it together after a dinner. My hubby had me at eggs for breakfast he won my heart. I love eggs but they never come out right the way i cook them.
