Dude, why are you preoccupied with your mid-section? It's kinda fun but why are you wishing you could get a wedgie. Whether or not it hurts or you are instantly turned into a female depends upon the kind of underwear you are wearing. The briefs are the dangerous ones. When the guy yanks the back waist band your jewels are pulled back and up behind you and they h.u.r.t. A doctor then has to reposition them and put them in traction until they heal. In the meantime people keep asking why you have a mini tent covering your private area. They heal in about five months. At least mine did.

yes and yes...my one friend gave me one and I gave my one friend one one time. I was wearing a diaper at the time because i have problems...needless to say, it was messy.
