Hi, the best medicine in my opinion is Aerius. It is a REALLY small pill so it's very easy to swallow, it cures almost any allergy symptom (throat, nose, eyes, and skin) for 24 hours, and it actually works! It really helps me and it's not expensive to buy at any drug store. It also doesn't have the side-affect of drowsiness. It honestly is like a pill from heaven. Trust me and you won't regret it! It's the only allergy medicine I trust.

Claritin d works
take benedryl at night during bad bouts. It will make you tired; don't take it during the day. The d stands for decongestant which is psuedoephedrine. The same stuff that's in sudafed. Keep the medicine in your system. Don't lapse in dosage. That is what the secret is. Also research on the internet what you are allergic to and then while that particular substance is high load up on your meds. When its not active you don't need the meds.

I take a claritin when I go to bed, then if I need something during the day, I take an Advil Cold and Sinus. Works great!

I use alavert (they have a dissolving and a kind that you swallow) the ones that dissolve are cheaper and you only need 1 day, but they don't taste too good, so if you can afford it I would but the swallowing kind, even if you do need 2 of those a day...

I heard that Benadryl-D doesnt make you sleepy but I've never tried it

Inhale hot steam. It works. Inhale it for about 5 minutes for about 3 times a day.

sudifed - the old kind that you probably need to sign for at the drug store counter. It shrinks the swelling in your sinus to allow drainage.

The people that are saying Sudafed are probably right. It has the least side effects.
