Do you females choose your favorite nascar driver by their looks, or their talent? Most girls like dale jr, but he is not that good. Most of my "girl" friends think he is cute. What are your answers?

By their talent, a real fan watches it for the sport not the looks of the driver, looks don't win races.
I have been a Mark Martin fan for years, and it's sure not for his looks.

I chose my fave based on stats and looks. I wouldn't root for an ugly driver even if he were the total NASCAR champ of all time.
I don't know ANY woman who picks a driver only because he has talent. He has to have a nice face, a nice butt and a nice voice.
I will only say that. I will not get into driver bashing in this answer. I will say that it is NOT # 8,20,17, 12, 29, 55, 5,or 2

I'm a woman and I chose Dale Jr by his talent. When I first saw him I thought he was ugly but his personality and his amazing talent made me become more of a fan.
Dale Jr is a decent looking guy but he is by no means Brad Pitt or Wentworth Miller. IMO, his personality is what makes him look good. I'm also a Tony Stewart fan and a Mark Martin fan and those two are not good lookers, IMO.
I prefer drivers for their talent, and if they have good looks then that could be considered a bonus.

I pick by talent first and if the driver happens to be good looking then that is a definite plus for sure. My favorite driver happens to be Kasey Kahne. He was the first driver I really got into when I really got into the sport a couple years ago in college and he happened to be a friend of mine's favorite. So when I started watching, he was the one I started rooting for first. Since then I have started rooting for other drivers as well but Kasey is the one I still root for the most during any race he's in.

I love NASCAR and not because of the looks of someone. Any female who watches the sport just because of that is not a true fan and gives the ones of us who like it for the talent a bad name. I chose my favorite driver, Jeff Gordon, based on his talent. And you are right, I know a lot of females who like Jr., but it can't be because of his talent...he has a skimpy amount. But my drivers has 4 trophies, 70 some odd wins, 40 some odd poles...I would be specific, but the numbers keep increasing all the time...LOL!!!

By their talent! Dale Jr is a good Driver, as far as his looks-he's okay, nothing Great.

Kasey Kahne is my favorite driver, I like his becauses he's an awesome driver and he's very talented. He's also a calm nice guy. He is very cute, but that' just a plus. Dale Jr. is my 2nd driver, I like him because he's also great! He is funny too and I like his personality, and yeah he's cute too but mostly because of this.

I'm so thankful you asked this question B/c even though I'm a girl and I watch NASCAR and I root for Kasey Kahne that doesn't mean I root for him b/c he's good looking even though that's part of it. I like that he's one of the most respectable young drivers. Yes, i know I said I like him b/c he's good looking but I also like him b/c he knows how to race and get the job done. Look at how many races he has won this year more than anyone. Yes, I'm stepping on peoples feet but, I wish girls that don't like NASCAR b/c of his ability to drive they don't need to watch it b/c the guys are hot.

For me, it is a combination of both. I might think a driver is cute but that alone doesn't make me a fan. My favorites are the Hendrick drivers but the only one I think is really cute is Jimmie Johnson. Jeff Gordon is okay and Kyle Bush is not very cute at all and I don't count Brian Vickers since he is leaving. I also choose based on their demeanor. I am not a fan of anyone who has trouble controlling their temper. I understand getting mad sometimes but if it is consistent, I tend to not like that driver, such as Tony Stewart.

there is always something about a driver that will catch your attention. after that you pay attention to just that driver. you might at first choose him by his talent. but then you watch him during interviews etc and start to like him as a person. being cute or good looking is just a bonus. i think jr is kinda cute. he is talented, or maybe its just luck..alot of his fame is carry over from his daddy
