How would a drunken pirate be any different from any other Congressman? Case in point: Ted Kennedy. I think the example speaks for itself.

Sure, I think a Drunken Pirate might make a better Congressmen than a drunken pedophile, that's been in the news, or a drunken untrustworthy politician. Was at least one Founding Father a Drunken Pirate?
