Your processor has nothing to do with being able to see your hard drive. It is your motherboards BIOS and if you have a K6 2/300 then your motherboard was made well before they made 120GB hard drives. Think about it, how can you expect a motherboard to see the size of a very large hard drive if the motherboard was made lets say 10 years ago and your hard drive is much newer. However you can make the hard drive work by formatting it and using a data over lay that is in your hard drives software that came with your hard drive. In fact the newest software sees that you are installing the hard drive into an older motherboard and will automatically install the data over lay for you. Go into you motherboards BIOS and set up your motherboard BIOS to run your CD-ROM first rather then your hard drive. Place the hard drive software in your CD-ROM and let the software find itself. Format the hard drive and the software should set everything up for you to run in your computer. Good Luck.
