She can't recall that I am her only Grand son ( Unfortunately that is....She is a freaky old person!!!). Is it a temporay loss of memory ? Is it due to her Old Age ? I am worried about her mental health!

First off, it isn't very polite to call your Grandmother a "freaky old person". Memory loss in the elderly can be caused by many reasons. She really needs to be taken to her Physician for a full evaluation and exam. That is what you need to have your Mother or Father (depending on who is her child) do.
In your question just before this one you called your Grandmother "retarded". The only freaky and retarded person in this story is you sonny! Shame on you. You said you wanted to send her off to a mental hospital. Perhaps you should be sent off somewhere to learn compassion, respect, maturity and sensitivity.

It sounds like your grandma could I repeat only could be getting Alzheimers'. Not all elderly people who seem to be losing their memory get Alzheimers some elderly people just lose their memory with time. Don't get hurt if your grandma starts to forget who you are. Just be there for your grandma everyday and let her know you are that same sweet little person (I am assuming there is some sweetness in you right?) that you were when you were 4 or 5 years old. Please don't talk about your grandma that way.
