People at my school are really mean and i try not to listen to what they say..I'm goth/punk i guess or at least thats what they call me..I'm mixed with black,white and hispanic and they say it's not normal what could i say to them to make them leave it alone?

Honestly, I wouldn't say anything...........they aren't worth the waste of breath. My little sister dresses Goth and likes Goth music, but she is also a 4.0+ student, and is as good as gold. People who judge upon appearances are not worth your time, sweetie. Just know there are people who love and care about you the way you are, and those will be the friends you will have your entire life. They are the only ones who matter.......good luck!

Well, while I've never been into the goth scene personally, my youngest daughter was for a time, and now she says it was when she was feeling down on herself and trying to camouflage her pain by a form of disguise. I'm not suggesting that's what your doing, but it IS usually a phase that kids grow out of....I'm 44yrs old, and I don't see many goths my age. So i guess that if, for the time being, you feel the need to express yourself in this way, go for it...but I do believe some people can take it to the extreme and really mess up their looks!

I'm sure you've heard this before, but....often people make fun of others because they are insecure or not sure what to think when something is different. This would be a lot easier if I knew what grade you were in and whether you are male or female. Maybe if you include those two things on here then you would get more responses. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you :(

You don't have to say anything to them. The basic fact is that kids are mean. Things get better as you get older but for now ignore them and hang out with friends that are good for you. I know that seems difficult right now but in college stuff like this won't make a difference.

they will probably ridicule u even more if u say something. as for being black, hispanic, and white, there is nothing abnormal about that, i go to school with kids who are like that, some with asian mixed in their too. if ur a smart kid, u could just wail on them if they are stupid. idiots like them are just trying to cause drama and they fear what they dont know. and they are just immature.

Get right back in their face (there proablly preppy) who cares what they say about you and what you look like tell them in about 10 years there going to be ugly fat and really saggy
