How the heck can you see them? Are they in the septic tank itself? And why are you looking in it close enough to see something that small? Just curious. I'd phone the guy that pumped your tank out and ask him. The tank has to have a certain amount of bacteria in it to eat / break down the fecal matter, and keep it from filling up. If they eat all the same stuff the bacteria does, the tank will fill right back up. Maybe you have a crack in your tank, or you may have a break in one of the lateral lines, allowing things to wash and crawl into the tank. Or it may just be a matter of dumping some Rid-X or some other sort of enzyme in there to kill the maggots and feed the bacteria. And be sure while you've got your face down close enough to see that stuff that you hold your breath and don't smoke. Sewer gas is explosive. :)

Various bugs can sometimes get in the tank and they eat the "stuff" in there, which is a good thing. Can't say exactly what they are, could be fly larva (maggots) or something else. There are a heck of a lot of hungry bugs out there and a septic tank is not exactly known for it's cleanliness.

Grubs are actually june bug larva. Leave them \. Anything that is helping keep down on the solid material build up in your tank is a good thing. I mean even the rid x you put in there is yeast and eats the solid waste

Let the little buggers eat away, who cares what happens in your septic tank. Are you going to kick out the little bacteria that eat your poopies too? What do you care about what happens to your poop once it flushes? As long as it goes down, you are good.
