racist neighbor what should i do?

Ok this is my problem I have a neighbor that I think is kinda racist. We have two properties in the same block one is at the right side of my neighbors house and the other one Is on the left a lot were a new house is being constructed for us (mi mom ,dad, and me). Well this neighbor has called the city inspectors on the house on the right which are 2 apartments with finish basement and attic. Thanks to him we had to redo the attic into a duplex with the 2nd floor and during the construction he called the police because of the extensive noise at 1:00 PM. and he told them that he had called the city zoning inspectors before he called the police and that we could not make the attic into a duplex but the police just told him that the paper (building permit from the city) on the window gave us permission to do what ever we want to the house .after that a few days later he insulted the 2nd floors ten dents little girls just for being half African American and half Mexican American and they are only 2-4 years old he called them some nasty words that I don’t want to repeat. And after that he insulted me for no reason he told me to go back to Puerto Rico and if not he was going to call immigration that’s how much he know im actually Mexican American born in Los Angeles California and I was wearing a shirt that sad Mexico #10. He has done a lot of bad things to us what should we do?

he has also tri stop the construction of the new house on the other side of his house
I know that the details are long and there are many more but we are not the only ones his done this to his done this to everyone on the block and is not even with or born in this country his from Poland and I know that polish people are nice but his just mean.

Unfortunately the world is full of people that are raciest, no matter what color, creed ,nationality, and religion they are. If you are AMERICAN then you are AMERICAN and have just as much right to live on your street as he does. Let him call immigration, hopefully he will feel like an idiot when he find out that your family is not here illegally. I know its hard but try to ignore what he says. What comes around goes around, and I'm sure at some time he will need some neighborly help, and I would hope that your family can overlook the comments and help him, to prove to him that your family is above his level. You can talk to the police about any racist comments that are directed to the family. You can record the confrontations as well. This way the police can see first hand what has been said or what has not been said. If they call the police and it is for frivolous reasons AND/OR the police can not find anything they can get into trouble for that. Also, not sure about your state but any time someone files a report in the state of Florida it is public records. Also look up their names and see if they had the same issues where they lived before. This can be an ongoing thing and if you do find anything copy it to your PC and print it out for the police. Then talk to the police or maybe someone in the community who can help out. Sometimes when the bullies know that the tables are being turned they either shape up or they may even run off. Just let them know who the community is behind and they are now the ones being watched and reported.

Tell him to go back to Ireland, The Check Republic, Poland, or wherever the hell else a bunch of white people come from. Plus tell him, that his family came over on a boat to this country, so maybe he can still catch one out.

start off with you have witness's go to he police and address what he has done .You are American ,Puerto Ricoans are American.It is slander for one which you can take him to court for and oh boy what a neighbor to live next to .He thinks he owns the block so you better show him your not going anywhere,just because you dont look like him.Hes just ignorant and should not be talkin to kids that way.

Sabes que baby, first file a police report for the harassement you all have been getting. Also, record, by tape or video the stuffhe say's or does and you can use this evidence to file a lawsuit on him in small claims court. BE SAFE! "QUE VIVA LA REVOLUCION"

Racism is not the problem and if it were, so what? People are welcome to their opinion about anyone, including their race, religion, creed and color. People generally base their opinion of others on how they act, how they maintain their property and their own selves, how they respect others living in close proximity, etc. etc. Also, this guy is getting clear signals from you and others that you don't like him. I am guessing he is white. Americans of all colors and ethnicities are fed up with the ungreatful attitude expressed by illegal aliens in this country - and specifically Mexican illegal aliens because they make up 90+ percent of the illegals and virtually all of the crime in Los Angeles County. Citizens who are Latino are more that fed up with the low class displayed by these people who stormed our borders and believe we Americans need to learn English. How stupid to tell us, U.S. citizens that we need to conform to the indigenous people of Mexico here with no education and often illiterate.
If you have legal grounds then take him to court. But I sense that you and yours enjoy this as if someone on your block believes they can reconquista this block by getting rid of the white guy who has probably lived there 40 years.
By the way, if there hadn't been violations of the code you would not have had to redo anything. Show some humility my friend.

unfortunatly even in this day and age their are still ignorant people...people are fearful and this man sounds like one of those...if you haven't told your parents about the racial slangs that this man is calling you and your little neighbors..you ought to.....because by calling children names he is exhibiting a form of abuse....he is trying to attack your self confidence..and that is wrong....God bless you...

Take recordings when you ask them why he did those insults, then with those recordings as evidence: sue his *** off.
