I will be giving a toast to my best friend at her wedding reception. I would like opinions as to what you think of my conclusion to the speech. Thanks so much!

May your love deepen and grow, so that what you are feeling for eachother right now, will pale in comparison to the love you will be feeling as we toast you at your golden anniversary.

or how about...

...May your love continue to deepen and grow, so that even the incredible love you are feeling for eachother right now, will pale in comparison to the what you will be feeling as we toast you again at your golden anniversary.

The sentiment is great, and the wording is almost perfect. My problem is with the "will pale in comparison" bit. It seems just a little dismissive of their current feelings for one another. Try to use more positive wording.

Edit: The updated one sounds much better. Best of luck to you!

The "pale in comparison" reference sort of diminishes their love right now. Instead, I would add something along the lines of also thanking them for letting us share their joy and how we hope it will be 50-fold at their golden anniversary.

You might want to change that 'pale in comparison' to "will be overshadowed by my toast"
