I haven't heard about birth control that makes you lose weight but I have heard of some that make you gain weight as a side effect. If you want to lose weight why don't you try some other method? Good luck.

there is no birth control pill that can help you lose weight but if you want birth control without the nasty side affects of the pill maybe you should ask your doctor about the iud impant.so far i have not gotten pregnant from it and i use condoms anyways because they do not protect against stds.since ive been off the pill and had the iud put in i found losing weight is easier

Any birth control is going to help you keep the weight off that you might be gaining without taking it.
