Depends on where you are, and where the server you are downloading from is. If you're both in the same area, then it will likely be in the early hours of the morning... say, 2am - 5am. If the server is in another country, it'll be the same times, but you'll have to adjust to your timezone.

depend on what internet connection you have..
try around 3 am ... its when no one is using internet and usually gets faster download bandwith

It all depends where you are, but you also want to make sure you don't have too much RAM being used up for optimal proficiency.
