Don't believe it. A scam in Internet is not rare. and Yahoo does not have anything to do with it. I , too, received several mails claiming that i won this and that. At first they will just ask for you personal info, but eventually they will be asking money-( to open your bank account so they could deposit the money, tax money, etc.). This is a scam, in fact , i personally know of one person who was swindled of some amount of money because of these so called lottery winners. When you are a real winner, "NOT EVEN A DOLLAR WILL BE ASKED FROM YOU."

This gets published numerous cases an afternoon. they are all scams. agencies like Yahoo, MSN, Google, Hotmail have not got lotteries. those are all scams to get you to bare your monetary corporation account so as that they are able to "twine the funds to you" yet extremely they get admission to your account and withdraw all you money.

Actually there are many cheaters in world. More education, better cheater. so just ignore it.
I have come across such case & gone in much depth of the case. They wanted Rs. 30,000/= from me towards transportation charges/ freight charges. Finally, when I wanted to drag them towards me, they quitted.
If, any body wants the details of such case, I can e-mail. Plz ask with your e-mail address.
But don't get cheated plz.
