I cry very easily when I'm alone (sometimes I just need to do it) but I don't like to do it in front of anyone else for a couple of reasons 1) it just brings attention to me at a weak moment and just makes everything worse for me 2) my eyes get red and it takes a while for the signs to disappear

No reason to be "afraid" to cry. It's a healthy emotional and physical response to both negative and positive stimuli. Just don't over do it.

No, but I have lots of built up tears. sometime I just cry for a movie. that is not really sad. or even an Operah W show.
but stuff more serious I just dont.

im not afraid to cry, but to cry in public, yes. i wont do that there.
but when alone. i will cry.
but i havent cried in a long time, and i feel like im losing it.
and life has no meaning. im just so alone and depressed.

never..I grew up always thinkin it was a sign of weakness becuz my father told me it was! I met an amazing guy who told me it was ok to cry..It helps alot
