Replacement? I don't like alot of veggies, and I know my body doesn't get all that I need from veggies and fruits. I needs some names of products that will give me those missing things in my diet. Plzzzzzzzzzz .. TY :)

vitamins are not a good replacement for raw foods. Raw foods are utilized greatly throughout your body. Portion size is key. You don't need to eat alot of something to get full value. Most servings are about a half cup. That's not much. A good variety of foods helps you meet nutritional needs. Vitamins are only a suppliment and can never replace the fiber/bulk of the real thing.

try green juice(it's in powder form)it's got all the dark veggies vitamins you can think of.
