Vote your conscious, I am voting for Granholm, she has had a tough time with the repuglican legislature because they want to see her fail, but she has managed to balance the budget without cutting money for education, and raising taxes other then sin taxes. She has brought some jobs back to Michigan and I believe that she is working to bring more. High tech jobs that isn't tied to the Auto industry, Michigan needs these kinds of jobs to help diversify the economy.
I don't trust Dick Devos at all, he is trying to buy the Governors job and has spent over 16 million of his own money to do it. His Amway corporation is one of those that has sent jobs overseas, there are not many repuglicans that I do trust because they are all about money. They help their rich friends by giving tax cuts to them and abandon the poor and middle class. I hope that you decide to vote for Granholm too, but if you don't, that is ok because it is your decision but please be sure and vote.

Well if you really know the candidates you know that DeVos is not the one. If he has his factory in China, then why would you vote for him? He couldn't leave it in Michigan? Granholm is working with what the previous Governor left her, remember the 33% raise for the Michigan Congressmen? Well that money has to come from somewhere. It is not Granholms fault that the auto industry has gone sour. But it is DeVos's fault for having a factory or shop in China. He really likes Michigan don't he!

I'd stick with Granholm who is the sitting governor of your state of Michigan. Think of it this way. Would DeVos really save those lost jobs? I doubt it.
Have you heard him giving praise to Mitch Daniels, governor of my state, Indiana? If he's planning on using Ronald McDaniels as an example for his plan for Michigan, BEWARE. Mitchy the Kid, is selling us out, to the high bidder. He sold our Toll Road to foreignors. He plans on turning I-69 into a toll road as well, so he can sell that too.
Daniels also pushed for a time zone change. Now most of the state is on Eastern Time, but some counties were switched to Central Time, and we were not given a choice, some counties' leaders were allowed to speak for other counties, and other counties were never given a choice. It really sucks. The whole state ought to be on the SAME time.
Daniels was a businessman too, before he became governor. He was ruthless. In order to keep Eli Lily afloat, he took away pensions, that people took many years to EARN, to get it done, while protecting his own job. Can't get much lower than that.
We have lost a lot of jobs in Indiana as well. Despite this Major Moves agenda that Daniels has implemented.
Sorry to ramble on. But DeVos won't make things better.
