What you are likely looking for are yaoi scanlations. Try googling for that :)
Also, if you have a livejournal, join some communities like Yaoi_daily_cafe. Livejournal is a great place for curious people as they have communities on everything.
Also, if you are in abookstore and want to know what manga are yaoi so you can look through them, look for stuff by the following publishers: June, Blu and Be Beautiful.
