My friends samsung yp-t7j is stuck on the charging screen what do we do?

She pluged it in the usb cord to put some music on it and we put music on there then when we unpluged it my computer said it was unpluged but that screen when you plug it in the charging or connected screen was still on there we cant get it off what do we do?

restart it.hold power buttong, if doesn't work. take bat out n put back, if that doen't work, hit the back or something...???

take out the battery
