How can I copy my Favorite List to a new computer?

I'm assuming you mean Internet explorer...

Open IE, Click the "File" menu... select "Import and export"..
follow the wizard.

Go to Documents and Settings\ and copy the Favourites directory to an external source, such as a CD, floppy disk, flash drive, etc. Then copy it to the same location on the new computer.

if you transfer ur favorites to yahoo bookmarks in yahoo taskbar, they will be present in your new yahoo taskbar when u log in
