Shirts draw me in, but shoes keep me interested. (I'm assuming you're wondering what girls pay more attention to.) If a guy has REALLY ugly shoes and is proud of them, we have different tastes and might not get along well. If his shoes are nothin fancy, then thats cool, I figure he's more likely to be down to earth. If he has nice shoes, but a raggedy shirt i would wonder where his priorities lie.

shirts, they're closer to peoples eye view, so they get seen more plus pants usually cover up most of the shoe

wow..... um.. this is haRD!!...
shirts change ervyday... but your shoes really DEFINE u i think...
like i cant stand having the same pair of shoes as someone else, and i go over the top to find unique shoes!!! (under 90 of course!)
