I weigh 204 and I am 23 years old height 5'5

Yes, try gettin some aerobic exercise into your life. Aerobic exercise meaning doing some sort of exercise everyday for at least 15-20 minutes continuously, like walking, biking, swimming, etc. Also, you probably should be taking a look at what you're eating.

The healthy weight for 5'5 is about 125, regardless if the age.

yes ur overwieght age is nothing but 204 its a little too much,more than fat ur reaching an obece size.u have to start walking excersizea little.

Your just a little overweight maybe you should try to excersise and get in a diet it might work.

Yes,,,U R definitely to heavy. You need to see a Dr. and try and lose some of this wieght. It is very unhealthy for you...

23 is VERY young but I sure with proper eating and excerising you can't change that.
