Go to Start Menu, choose settings, then control panel. Then choose display. At the top, choose the appearance tab, then font size. After you choose your font size, make sure you click the apply button, then you are all done.

Click view on your menu bar, then down to Text Size...
Or, if IE version 7, look down in the bottom right corner. There may be a "%" number down thre with an arrow next to it.

if you're talking about the internet, go to view text size and choose the size. if you're talking about screen resolution, right click on the desktop, click on properties, and then click on the settings tab and choose a smaller resolution.

In Firefox and the latest version of internet explorer 7 hold down ctrl and press the minus key on the numeric keypad.
