I am going to get a B.S. in Chemistry...what entry-level jobs can I get now? Should I just keep going for my masters now?

It depends on what you want to do with it. There are plenty of jobs you can get with a BS like working in a lab. If you want to get a PhD, you don't need a master's first. And then there's the master's option, that's somewhere in between. It depends on if you want to do research, teach, or do something else. Don't just go and do your master's just because. You'll only be sorry. It's a big decision, make sure it's what you want to do if you do it.

I just graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry this May, and I am working toward a PhD at the moment. I do not want to teach, but I don't want to be stuck doing grunt work for a lab for the rest of my life. I worked in an industry setting for a year, and I was pretty happy doing that. Getting the PhD takes longer, but considering that beginning pay is around $75K for a chemist with a doctorate, I'll take it.

It all depends on where you're comfortable and if you're willing to put in the extra effort for better options in the long-run.

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to teach, then you definitely need the Master's. If you want to teach at the university level, you will need a PhD.
My advice to you is that you decide what you want to do. There are several places you could find good employment right now, A plastics company, one of the petroleum companies, a pharmaceutical company, or perhaps one of the companies that produce fertilizers and other products for lawn and garden.

Obviously no one can answer you without knowing you and what you want. What kind of work do you want to do? Of all the job postings you've already looked at, which interest you? And which require a higher degree? Do you need practical experience right now more than you need more school? Do you need an employer to help pay for your school? Did you talk with any of the recruiters who came to your school? What advice have you received from your faculty, advisors, and fellow students who know you?
